dtism
Who is this super hero? sarge? NO! Rosemary the telephone
operator? No way man! dtism the mild mannered janitor? ......COULD
BE! Doug started his DJing career as toilet attendant at the
public conveniences on Tooley Street. He progressed steadily
through the ranks and ended up as head janitor at the BBC's
Shepherds Bush studios, clearing up after the likes of Bruce
Forsythe and Larry Grayson. Having filled all his objectives
in this line of work, Doug retired, only to be tempted back
into this high flying line of work by the offer of head cleaner
at Armitage Skanks, where he now resides until retirement...
to be continued....

Boy Wonder
Robin started his love of underground music in the early
90's listening to Drum and Bass and playing at the various house
parties after Labyrinth, World Dance and Helter Skelta. In 1997
he moved to Bournemouth and hooked up with Club Vibe, a weekly
event at which he gained his first residency and first taste
of a real crowd. After three years he moved back to London and
sought the roots in syncopated beats and picked up the slower
break beat style. Rob's now follows the rule of it aint breakin,
don't mix it. Ya get mi?

In 1988 an acid house crazy DJ was sent to prison by a
military court for a crime he didn't commit. He promptly escaped
from a maximum security stockade to the East London old skool
underground. Today, still wanted by the government, he survives
as a DJ of fortune favouring the sound of the nu-skool. If
you need a party rocked , if no one else can help, and if
you can find him, maybe you can hire the 303

SteelzaWheelz
Growing up in the late 70's and early 80's Charlie's love
of music was influenced by the very start of the birth of
Hip-Hop and Electro. He followed the hip-hop scene religiously,
entering DMC events and warming up for a London Based soundsystem
'Locomotion' being involved in all day events with the likes
of Ratpack, Hype, Froggy. By the mid 90's he had his first
tune, a house/breaks crossover, out on an Italian House label
called Discomajic. A year later he had picked up his turntables
again, sparked off by The Social night at Turnmills he saw
that once again it was fine to play the old hip hop and funk
he knew and loved, and started playing and producing music
that he was at home with - breakbeat.

BubaKing
Starting life as a friendship supplying a few dodgy white
ones over the counter of HMV (white labels of course) has
evolved into the all singing all dancing experience that is
BubaKing. Eclectic is perhaps the only word to describe BubaKing's
style, self-confessing to owning one of the best and worst
record collections of anyone who has ever lived, they have
no morals and will try to get away with anything, cut n paste
style! The breakbeat equivalent of little and large have not
looked back since, having had an incredible run in 2003 and
2004, DJing alongside Freddy Fresh, Coldcut, Freq Nasty, the
Lo Fidelity Allstars, Adam Freeland, Aquasky, Howie B, The
Capoeira Twins, DJ Food, The Freestylers, General Midi, Herbaliser,
Osymyso.
